This file requires VBRUN300.DLL (Visual Basic Runtime).  You can find both this file and instructions for it by using keyword: WIN FORUM, and clicking on Visual Basic Run-time Modules in the left-hand listbox. This program will NOT work with VBRUN100.DLL, VBRUN200.DLL, VB40016.DLL or VB40032.DLL.

  19. VoxClock is a clock for your Windows system that annouces the time, either with chimes or by voice. You configure the time increments. Various proprietary sound files are available separately online (see notes.)  One voice file is already included in this archive.

  21. Notes: To install VoxClock, run the SETUP.EXE program provided.  The SETUP program itself requires VBRUN300.DLL, so you must already have this file present in your \WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory when you run it.
